Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the online photo gallery (“Gallery”) provided by Edmond Chung Photography - The Montreal Event Photographer. By accessing or downloading any content from the Gallery, you agree to these Terms.

1. Access and Usage

• Access is granted upon entering your email address.

2. Downloading

• Web sized photos with watermark are available free of charge.

• To obtain mid- and high-resolution photos without the watermark, click on "Buy Photo"

3. Image Rights and Licensing

• You receive personal use rights only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• You may print, post (with credit), and share your photos for personal use.

• You may not resell, edit, or use the photos for commercial purposes without a separate agreement.
  

4. Photographer Rights

• The photographer retains full copyright to all images.

• Selected images may be used for portfolio, marketing, or publication.

5. Edits and Revisions

• Final edited images are delivered as-is.

• Additional edits or re-edits can be requested for an extra fee.

6. Refunds and Delivery

• Purchases are non-refundable once delivered.

7. Limitation of Liability

• While best efforts are made to deliver high-quality images, the photographer is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage after delivery

  • Access issues due to expired gallery links

  • Printing issues caused by third-party labs
